What is E-Recording? 
E-Recording, or electronic document recording, is the process of transmitting real property documents electronically to the local government entity charged with recording and maintaining public records. The county receives the documents electronically for processing. Documents are reviewed by the county. After the document has been reviewed and approved, the document is processed, stamped, and officially recorded with the county.
